Owner and Personal Trainer, Tina Pruchyaputtra, brings over 10 years of personal training experience to the studio. With an educational background in psychology and kinesiology, Tina understands the importance of addressing emotional, and mental stressors in life, during a workout program. She strongly believes that training is a collaborative relationship. By teaching her clients how to manage life stresses together with consistent exercise and healthy eating habits, Tina works hard to help people incorporate fitness into a new lifestyle that works for them.

Personal trainer, She'Lon Hill, graces the studio with her background in kinesiology and history as an athlete. She believes that exercise should be enjoyable, and pushes her clients by creating workouts that are challenging and fun. Driven by a passion for health and a strong desire to help others, She'Lon works very closely with her clients, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to lead longer, happier, and healthier lives.
