* Designated personal trainer based upon availability.

* All packages to be paid through monthly payment plan via electronic credit/debit authorization agreement.

* Any absences in group classes result in forfeiture of class. Commit to yourself!

Balanced Athlete: This group personal training program combines mindfulness and movement principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Students have the option of incorporating kettle bells, dumbbells, and other trining equipment, firing the metabolism for up to 36 hours afterwards.

Power Cardio: Blast your body into the best shape of your life in this cross-training class that combines hard-hitting power exercises and high energy moves.  Are you up to the challenge?

Body Sculpt: Define your body while learning the proper exercise techniques to chisel out those muscles you've been dying to see.  It's time to bring your sexy back!


The MiXX: Miss any of the other classes? No problem! Blast through cardio, sculpt those muscles, and shrink your core with this all-inclusive class! Your body will be thanking you throughout the weekend!


Group Personal Training Membership Options:

Monthly Automatic Renewal Saver Membership:*
Single Drop-In Class: $15
Basic Pack: 1 class per week - $55 ($13.75/class) Basic Pack: 1 class per week - $50 ($12.50/class)
Breakthrough Pack: 2 classes per week - $70 ($8.75/class) Breakthrough Pack: 2 classes per week - $65 ($8.12)

Success Pack: 3 classes per week - $80 ($6.67/class)

Success Pack: 3 classes per week - $75 ($6.25)

Rock Star Pack: UNLIMITED classes - $115 ($5.75/class) Rock Star Pack: Unlimited classes - $100 (ONLY $5.00/class!)

* Requires 6-month minimum contract to be automatically billed to a credit/debit card.

TFPT Family Rock Star Memberships:*

TFPT Duo Membership: $150 per month
TFPT Trio Membership: $200 per month
TFPT Quad Membership: $250 per month

* Must show proof of residence of same address to be eligible for Duo, Trio or Quad membership

** Requires 6-month minimum contract to be automatically billed to a credit/debit card
